In Her Own Words

     Early on I learned to love and respect the great outdoors. That's what you did growing up in Independence, Missouri.    Through family and friends in the military, I learned the value of discipline which helped develop my "can do" attitude. I enjoy being active. I fish, paint ball, 4-wheel, and even hunt. I am good at archery, shooting rifles and handguns.   My parents instilled in me the importance of family, community, and collaboration with others. I work in the family business and understand the meaning of blood, sweat, and tears. Hard work equates to satisfaction.      I project a sense of honor, dignity, and pride in everything I do. Family connects to extended family and extended family connects to my community. My victories are our victories.
     I remember the day my father and I lived the Richard Petty Driver Experience. It only took a minute to energize my soul. To give me passion. To give me purpose.      I believe I can succeed. I am a warrior with a passion to win with the soul of a lion within.
